Faith A. Augustine is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas downstream sector. She holds diverse qualifications in Building Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Law.
An Evangelist and covenant practitioner, Faith is also a divinely inspired speaker and the visionary founder of Afrione Youth Forum/Empowerment Program (AFRIONE PROJECTS) and Salt and Light FH Global Outreach, which have empowered over 600 successful self-sponsored startups across Africa.
Through her initiatives, Faith has provided vocational training and startup support for various skills, including:
• Ghana: Fashion and design: web design and digital marketing , floristry, hair and body care, makeup, catering, and fresh juice/yogurt production. She has also provided startup capital for petty traders in informal settlements around Santeo, East Legon Hills, Tershie, and Nungua Landing Beach, Accra.
• Nigeria: Rehabilitation of prostitutes in Lagos, guiding them to Christ and equipping them with vocational skills such as event planning, spa services, and beauty product production in partnership with J Event Planners and Kel-Henry Beauty Spa.
• Liberia: The “Zero to Covenant Wealth” empowerment program birthed thriving ventures, including hair and body care brands, fashion businesses, and books now selling on Amazon.
• South Africa (Port Shepstone - KZN & Johannesburg): Free baking, pastry, and catering training with startup capital for 40 women. Other skills training included nails, wig making, arts and crafts, and fashion design.
Faith also hosts a Bible-based mentorship program, Zero to Covenant Wealth, inspired by Deuteronomy 8:18, 2 Kings 4:1-7, and John 10:10(b), helping others discover pathways to sustainable success.
